Shipping Policy

  • All orders are subject to product availability. if an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you

  • Item offered on our website are only available for delivery to below-mentioned chart and lead time and price will be different as per the place as follows: 

  • An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimated to commence from the date of shipping.

  • Delivery time is to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within target lead time.

  • We do not accept returns or exchange unless the item you purchased is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or different, however, the notification must be done by 24 hrs after delivering the product.

  •  Customers need to keep safe the damaged goods for the Maharaja Spice examination in the same packing.

  • After found product damaged or different, Maharaja Spice will reimburse you the amount equal to the returned product

Shipping Policy

FREE DELIVERY

Order worth more than 8,500 yen ( Including tax) shipping charge is free except Kagoshima, Okinawa, Hokkaido.

The Frozen shipping charge will be extra for shipment.

(Weight limits up to 25 kg, size limit up to 120 cm box)

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Cash on delivery  (collecting charge have to bear by customer)

 

DISCLAIMER

Maharaja Spice don’t guarantee the service provided by the couriers we use for delivery.

Customer must be available to receive the delivery at the shipping address provided to Maharaja Spice.

 

Maharaja Spice don’t take responsibility for successful delivery when given address is wrong, unclear, incomplete, failed delivery or delayed delivery. In such a situation customers may go to the courier depot and collect the delivery.

 

TRACKING

Customer can trace their packages, can inquire to courier service directly. 

 

OPERATE TIMING

Maharaja Spice operates Monday to Saturday (Saturday until 12 noon), excluding public holidays. Any other holidays will be notified on the webpage itself.

 

We try to dispatch the order on the same day or next working day. Our dispatch timing will be different according to the place.

 

For further explanation regarding delivery or order etc you can call us at any time between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday.
